Currently, the building is undergoing a major interior and exterior renovation including a new lobby, and common hallways. The first and second phases of the renovations have been completed and the third phase is scheduled for commencement and completion by March, 2010.

Phase I

• Exterior Improvements, such as Sidewalk, Entry and Parking/Traffic flow
  Improvements completed March, 2009

Phase II

• Complete Renovation of Common Lobby, Elevator Lobby and Entry Vestibules
  
• Lower Lobby and Lobby Level Flooring, Ceiling and Lighting Upgrades
  Improvements completed June, 2009

Phase III

• Upper Level Flooring, Ceiling and Lighting Upgrades
  Improvements to be completed March, 2010
